In today's world I would say Cole Haan, Michael Kors and then Coach because I think Coach has dwindled a bit in their quality department these days, and I own all three to speak from this experience. Michael Kors has high-end bags (made in Italy) as well as the Macy's type level (made in China, etc). I believe you mean the midlevel type, so for this comparison: Best: Cole Haan Next: Coach Last: Kors
Coach has recently started to claw its way back from overexposure in a return to its heritage roots and styles. I'm glad Michael Kors/Carpi Holdings hasn't overexposed Versace and Jimmy Choo the same way.
Depends what you're looking for really. Like another poster said, MK leather is a little thicker plus IMO they have much richer colours than Coach (at least for this season). I love that blue!
