If the “m” is a bit raised, that’s called a “floating m” and a lot of fake Submariners have that. However, although relatively uncommon, that is a real dial variant! So if you already have concerns about a Rolex you’re looking at, a “floating m” .
Floating M is also available on genuine Rolex watches. I don't really like the hands because they look sharp (see macro at the end of the post) and it looks like a mouse nibbled on the minute hand. Hence 8.5/10
