Does anyone know how to fix this? I’ve asked a few bag repair shops and they’ve told me that they can’t repair hardware. I received my new medium Kate in black with gold hardware and I absolutely love it! It is roomy enough to hold everything I need. I am debating if I should wear it with the chain doubled up.

The silver and black hardware, while they look nice, don't do much for the bag. The medium black/black hardware, medium white/gold hardware, and the WOC light gold/gold hardware. The mediums I can fit my phone, keys, chapstick/gloss, a notepad or planner, a pochette. that kind of stuff.
